Fit

Measure the bench, rack and room before you buy

A bench's published length and width are not the same as the space required to train around it. A useful measurement plan has at least three layers: the equipment envelope, the movement envelope, and the path to put it away. Write down the exact model and configuration before measuring; an adjustable bench, wide pad or attached leg hold can alter the space you need.

Start with body dimensions

Use the manufacturer's length, width and flat height as a first fit check. REP lists the AB-3100 at 50.5 inches long, 23 inches wide, 16.75 inches high when flat, and 7.9 square feet of footprint. The AB-3000 2.0 is listed as 56.6 by 25.8 inches, 17.1 inches high flat, and 9.85 square feet. The specifications show that the latter takes more room in the maker's listing, but the figures do not include the clearance needed for a person, weights or nearby equipment.

Mark the working envelope

Use painter's tape or another temporary marker on the floor to outline the bench, then add the space needed to approach it and move the equipment you train with. If a rack is involved, account for upright spacing, safeties, J-cups, bar path, the bench's legs, and the direction you need to slide the bench. The AB-3000 2.0's maker notes that the rear-foot shape helps its users position it deeper inside a REP Ares 2.0; that brand-specific observation is not proof of compatibility with another rack.

Check the path from the door to the final spot as well. A bench may fit on the floor but not pass a narrow turn, stairwell or doorway assembled. A 70-lb or 89.3-lb bench may also be awkward to carry even where the frame includes transport wheels. Wheels help with rolling on a suitable surface; they do not carry the bench up stairs.

Plan the storage position, not just the footprint

If the bench must leave the middle of the floor, confirm the manufacturer explicitly supports its intended storage position. REP says both the AB-3100 and AB-3000 2.0 are not vertical-storage benches. Their wheels are not a substitute for a stand-up feature. Other manufacturers may offer a folding hinge, storage post or detachable arrangement, each with different floor and assembly requirements. Do not lean a heavy bench against a wall unless the exact instructions say that is an approved storage position.

Measure pad fit and contact points

Pad width and length can affect how you position your shoulders and feet. The AB-3100's back pad tapers from about 11.75 to 9 inches, while its seat also tapers; REP lists a 1.7-inch gap. The AB-3000 2.0 standard back pad is 11.8 inches wide, has a 2.1-inch listed gap and can have a separately sold wide pad. These are useful comparison facts, but not an individual fit assessment. A wide back pad may have a different compatibility or package status, so check the exact SKU and whether it is included.

The BlackWing makes that variant issue especially clear: REP lists a 12.2-inch back pad for Standard and 14 inches for Wide, while keeping the frame's overall width at 25.8 inches. Those measurements describe different things. A Wide selection does not mean the base footprint grows to 14 inches, and the overall bench width does not tell you how broad the pad feels beneath your shoulders. REP says the Wide option fails its cited IPF width requirement; the source feed's shared product thumbnail does not resolve the selected pad, so check the actual AB-5300 or AB-5350 configuration.

The AB-5200 2.0 likewise has a 12-inch Standard or 14-inch Wide back pad, with separate seat widths. The frame's 25.8-inch overall width is not a pad-width measurement. REP lists the use footprint at 10.33 square feet and the vertical-storage footprint at 3.1; neither includes clearance to tip, turn or move the 115-lb bench. The product image does not establish which post or pad option is in the order, so verify both choices and plan storage around the actual assembly.

Use the maker's drawing as a starting point

When available, compare a dimension drawing, not just a photo with perspective distortion. REP's bench guide publishes model-specific dimensions; the AB-3000 2.0 page and AB-3100 page carry exact configuration details. Recheck the live maker source before purchase, and include clearance and the actual seller's package in your own floor plan.

Interpreting a stated footprint limit

Decision: The maximum-area filter uses a maker-listed square-foot base area where available or a rectangle calculated from maker-listed footprint dimensions; it excludes working, rack, doorway and storage clearance.

Bells of Steel lists a 28-by-23.75-inch base for both Soft Glute Bench options, a rectangle that calculates to 4.62 sq ft. At 4.5 sq ft, only the Bolt Together Utility Bench fits; the 4.62-sq-ft Soft Glute pair does not meet this maximum. At 5 sq ft, five current configurations fit: the Bolt Together Utility Bench, the Soft Glute bench-only and Band + Strap Pack options, Flat Utility 2.0 and Fold Up Utility. The Soft Glute pair is specialty hip-thrust/glute support, not a conventional flat/incline/decline bench, and neither has a published capacity rating. The exact packages have separate reviews because the supplied equipment differs. Check the same area limit at 4.5 sq ft or check at 5 sq ft; compare the bench-only assessment with the Band + Strap Pack assessment.

Thirty-one of the fifty-one current match-eligible product records now have at least one supported numeric training-base area; the other twenty cannot pass a numeric area limit because the reviewed sources do not establish an area for the exact arrangement. The Soft Glute Bench pair adds a 28-by-23.75-in base rectangle, calculated as 4.62 sq ft; the bench-only and Band + Strap Pack offers share that geometry but remain separate packages. This is a base area, not exercise clearance, and neither option has a published capacity. The standard Ironmaster Super Bench SKU 1003 has an 18.75-by-41-in listed base (5.34 sq ft); its separate PRO V2 SKU 1001 has unequal feet, so 47 by 21 in yields a conservative 6.85-sq-ft bounding rectangle rather than continuous floor occupancy. REP lists the FB-3000 at 5.8 sq ft, AB-3100 at 7.9, AB-5200 2.0 at 10.33 and BlackWing at 10.7. Rogue's current Adjustable Bench 3.0 page lists a 24.75-by-56.5-in base, which calculates to 9.71 sq ft; it enters at a 10-sq-ft maximum but not at 9.5. See its individual assessment for the exact SKU and variant/manual-name conflict. The Flat Utility Bench SKU UTIL-FLT-BEN also has no published assembled base dimensions; its 50-by-12-by-5-inch shipping carton is not the bench footprint, so its numeric area remains unknown and it cannot pass an area maximum. Check the exact model review or repeat the 8-sq-ft finder condition. The feet-included Bells of Steel Converter Bench and all six current Buzz-Saw packages have no numeric training-base dimensions in the current product pages or linked manuals; the Buzz-Saw manual's two-foot clearance instruction is not a product footprint. These exact packages therefore cannot pass any numeric area limit, even though their wheels and frame storage are documented. The Bolt Together Utility Bench's 47.5 × 13-in base calculates to 4.29 sq ft; Rogue's Flat Utility 2.0 and Fold Up Utility each use listed 47 × 14-in dimensions, calculating to 4.57 sq ft. The AB-2 and AB-3 each calculate to 8.01 from a listed 51.25 × 22.5-in base rectangle; the Monster Utility 2.0 to 8.64 from 47.375 × 26.25 in; the Adjustable Bench 4.0 to 9.67 from 24.75 × 56.25 in; the Manta Ray to 9.80 from 24.75 × 57 in; Westside 2.0's no-deck base to 12.40 from 52.5 × 34 in; Monster Westside to 12.51 from 53 × 34 in; and the Monster Lite Competition station to 18.39 from 53.5 × 49.5 in. All nine current Titan bench offers lack a qualifying numeric training-base area in the reviewed evidence; overall dimensions and upright-storage figures are not a substitute. The two Rogue Foot Catch packages also have no area match because their accessory extensions are not quantified. Calculated rectangles are not maker-published square-foot values. Westside 2.0's optional deck extension remains unknown. The AB-3's 68-in overall length exceeds its base length, and the unavailable Phantom gives body dimensions but no area. None of these base figures is a full room plan or clearance measurement.

The six Buzz-Saw configurations are separate exact packages, but their shared source does not publish a base size or area; a two-foot safety/working-clearance instruction cannot be converted into a footprint. Inspect the bench-only, leg-extension/curl, Leg Roller, combined attachment, preacher and complete-bundle assessments; even a permissive 50-sq-ft maximum-area query cannot match an unknown value.

These boundaries show why the entered number matters. At a 4.0-sq-ft maximum, no documented model in this library fits; the Bolt Together Utility Bench has a 4.29-sq-ft base and enters at 4.5. At a 4.5-sq-ft maximum, only the Bolt Together Utility Bench fits in this research snapshot: its 4.29-sq-ft calculated base is below the ceiling, while the Flat Utility 2.0 and Fold Up Utility each calculate to 4.57 sq ft. At a 5-sq-ft maximum, the Bolt Together, Flat Utility 2.0 and Fold Up Utility fit; the FB-3000 at 5.8 sq ft does not. The Fold Up is a wall-hung storage design, so its floor base does not include a safe wall location or fold path. At 8 sq ft it remains included, while AB-2 and AB-3 at 8.01 miss. At 8.5 sq ft, the AB-2 and AB-3 base rectangles enter, while the 8.64-sq-ft Monster Utility 2.0 remains out. At 9 sq ft, the 8.64-sq-ft Monster Utility 2.0 base enters. At 9.5 Nighthawk (9.2) also enters, while Rogue 3.0 at 9.71 does not; at 10 the 3.0 joins the no-catch 4.0 and Manta Ray base plans. Westside 2.0's no-deck 12.40 area fits at 12.5, but Monster Westside's 12.51 area does not; at 13 both base rectangles fit, while Westside deck packages remain unquantified. At 18 sq ft, the 18.39-sq-ft Monster Lite Competition base remains out; at 18.5 it enters. Every value excludes lifting, bar/spotter access, fold or storage path and room circulation. Check 4 sq ft, check 4.5 sq ft, check 5 sq ft, check 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 12.5, 13, 18 or 18.5 sq ft. Between the smaller examples, At a 5.5-sq-ft maximum, Ironmaster SKU 1003's 5.34-sq-ft base enters; the PRO V2's 6.85-sq-ft bounding envelope is still above this limit. At a 6.5-sq-ft maximum, Super Bench SKU 1003 at 5.34 sq ft fits, but the distinct PRO V2 envelope remains just outside at 6.85 sq ft. At a 7-sq-ft maximum, the PRO V2's 6.85-sq-ft bounding envelope enters alongside standard Super Bench SKU 1003 at 5.34 sq ft. These are base or projected-envelope figures only. Read the Super Bench SKU 1003 assessment and PRO V2 assessment, and check the exact dimension source. Find benches at 5.5 sq ft, 6.5 sq ft or 7 sq ft; none of these links represents exercise clearance.

At an 8-sq-ft maximum, fifteen current configurations fit: this includes the two Soft Glute packages at 4.62 sq ft and both Ironmaster bases at 5.34 and a conservative 6.85-sq-ft bounding envelope; Rogue AB-2 and AB-3 at 8.01 sq ft just miss. At 8.5 sq ft, seventeen configurations fit; the two Soft Glute offers and the 8.64-sq-ft Monster Utility base illustrate the threshold change. At 9 sq ft, nineteen configurations fit; both Ironmaster benches and the Monster Utility 2.0 base enter, while the Soft Glute pair remains in the result. At a 9.5-sq-ft maximum, twenty current configurations fit; Rogue 3.0 at 9.71 sq ft and the 4.0 and Manta Ray base rectangles remain above the limit. At a 10-sq-ft maximum, twenty-four current configurations fit, including the Soft Glute pair, Rogue 3.0's 9.71-sq-ft calculated base and the Ironmaster benches; Rogue 4.0 and Manta Ray base plans also enter, but catch-package extensions remain unmeasured. At a 12.5-sq-ft limit, twenty-nine current configurations fit, including the Soft Glute pair, Rogue 3.0 at 9.71 sq ft and the no-deck Westside 2.0 base at 12.40 sq ft; Monster Westside at 12.51 remains outside. At a 13-sq-ft limit, thirty current configurations fit, including the Soft Glute pair, Rogue 3.0 at 9.71 sq ft and Monster Westside's 12.51-sq-ft calculated base; larger stations remain outside. At an 18-sq-ft maximum, thirty current configurations fit; the Soft Glute pair remains within the numeric limit while the 18.39-sq-ft Monster Lite Competition station remains outside. At an 18.5-sq-ft maximum, thirty-one current configurations fit, including the Soft Glute pair; the Monster Lite Competition station enters at its 18.39-sq-ft calculated base. Every value excludes lifting, bar/spotter access, fold or storage path and room circulation. Use the exact same-answer finder links below and inspect the individual reports for conditions that a single number cannot represent.

The FB-3000 assessment records its maker-listed 5.8-sq-ft use footprint; compare that stated area with the 5.34-sq-ft Super Bench base, the PRO V2's 6.85-sq-ft bounding envelope and the dimensions of the other exact models before adding working clearance.

At 9 sq ft, nineteen current configurations fit, including the 8.51-sq-ft FLT2-BEN base; FID2-BEN at 11.23 sq ft remains out. Review FLT2-BEN or run the same 9-sq-ft maximum.

At a 9.5-sq-ft maximum, twenty current configurations fit, including FLT2-BEN; the larger FID2-BEN base remains above the ceiling. Check the Powerlifting Flat Bench and keep the limit at 9.5.

At a 10-sq-ft maximum, twenty-four current configurations fit, including FLT2-BEN; FID2-BEN still exceeds the limit at 11.23 sq ft. Review FLT2-BEN and use the same 10-sq-ft cap.

At an 11-sq-ft maximum, twenty-seven current configurations fit: FLT2-BEN at 8.51 sq ft qualifies, while FID2-BEN at 11.23 sq ft remains above the limit. Read FLT2-BEN or check the 11-sq-ft case.

At an 11.5-sq-ft maximum, twenty-eight current configurations fit, including both FLT2-BEN and FID2-BEN; Monster Westside at 12.51 sq ft remains outside. Compare the Powerlifting Flat Bench and Commercial Weight Bench, then hold the limit at 11.5 sq ft.

At a 12.5-sq-ft limit, twenty-nine current configurations fit, including the 8.51-sq-ft FLT2-BEN and 11.23-sq-ft FID2-BEN bases; Monster Westside at 12.51 remains out. See both the FLT2-BEN and FID2-BEN reviews or repeat the 12.5-sq-ft case.

At a 13-sq-ft limit, thirty current configurations fit, including both Bells bases; Monster Westside also enters at 12.51 sq ft. Compare FLT2-BEN and FID2-BEN with the same 13-sq-ft limit.

At an 18-sq-ft maximum, thirty current configurations fit, including both Bells bases; the 18.39-sq-ft Monster Lite Competition base remains out. Read the Powerlifting Flat Bench and Commercial Weight Bench reviews or check the 18-sq-ft limit.

At an 18.5-sq-ft maximum, thirty-one current configurations fit, including both Bells bases and the Monster Lite Competition station at 18.39 sq ft. The two Bells base rectangles exclude clearance; review FLT2-BEN, review FID2-BEN and view the matching area case.

Current-library update: of fifty currently match-eligible reviews, thirty-one have a supported numeric base area; the remaining nineteen have no exact arrangement area that can satisfy a numeric limit. Hero's official 49-by-19.6-inch frame base calculates to 6.67 sq ft. All four exact Hero offers fail the 6.5-sq-ft maximum and pass at 7; the Finder query changes only by that half-square-foot step. Check the 6.5-sq-ft boundary and check 7 sq ft. This base calculation excludes working clearance and does not establish accessory-mounted or stored dimensions. Read each exact package's bench-only, LELC, LGRL and combined assessment.

For reproducible boundary checks, the current finder returns seven configurations at 6.5 sq ft and twelve at 7 sq ft; this is where the four 6.67-sq-ft Hero offers enter. The result counts at 8.5, 9, 11, 11.5, 18 and 18.5 sq ft are seventeen, nineteen, twenty-seven, twenty-eight, thirty and thirty-one, respectively; the four Hero offers continue to meet these base-area maxima. Each figure is the whole current single-condition result, not an exercise-clearance plan. 6.5, 7, 8.5, 9, 11, 11.5, 18 and 18.5 sq ft are exact-area checks. See the Hero bench-only review and the LELC, LGRL and combined package comparisons.

Current library result counts: at a 7-sq-ft maximum the finder returns twelve configurations; at 8 it returns fifteen; at 8.5 seventeen; at 9 nineteen; at 9.5 twenty; at 10 twenty-four; at 11 twenty-seven; at 11.5 twenty-eight; at 12.5 twenty-nine; at 13 thirty; at 18 thirty; and at 18.5 thirty-one. All four Hero selector packages enter at 7 sq ft because each uses the same source-dimension-derived 6.67-sq-ft frame base; each further area result still excludes exercise clearance. 7 sq ft, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 11, 11.5, 12.5, 13, 18 and 18.5 sq ft each preserve the one entered area condition.

For the numerical boundary answers: at a 7-sq-ft maximum the complete finder result is twelve configurations, including the four Hero offers; at 8.5 sq ft it is seventeen; at 9 sq ft it is nineteen; at 9.5 sq ft it is twenty; at 10 sq ft it is twenty-four; at 11 sq ft it is twenty-seven; at 11.5 sq ft it is twenty-eight; at 12.5 sq ft it is twenty-nine; at 13 sq ft it is thirty; at 18 sq ft it is thirty; and at 18.5 sq ft it is thirty-one. The Hero packages meet every tested ceiling from 7 sq ft upward because the bench-base calculation is 6.67 sq ft; none of these values includes exercise clearance. Use the existing exact links above for each maximum and review the HERO-BEN, LELC, LGRL and combined exact offers.

  • At 18.5 sq ft, thirty-one configurations match and the Monster Lite Competition Bench enters. Check 18.5 sq ft.

Decision: At an 8-sq-ft maximum, fifteen current configurations fit, including the two Soft Glute offers at 4.62 sq ft and both Ironmaster bases at 5.34 sq ft and a conservative 6.85-sq-ft envelope; Rogue AB-2 and AB-3 at 8.01 sq ft just miss.

The bench-only and Band + Strap Pack Soft Glute offers both stay under this area ceiling, but their surface is a fixed specialty profile, not the general adjustable-bench positions. Compare the bench-only review and bundle review; use the exact 8-sq-ft maximum-area filter.

Nine current configurations fit at this limit. Ironmaster's standard SKU 1003 uses the maker-listed 18.75-by-41-in base, while the PRO V2 estimate is a rectangle from its 47-in length and widest 21-in foot. The Bolt Together Utility Bench, FB-3000, both FB-5000 pads, AB-3100, Flat Utility 2.0 and Fold Up Utility also fit. The Bolt Together ships disassembled and needs its floor-settling and tightening checks; the Fold Up's number is a base rectangle only, with the hanger's wall location, stud support, folding path and use clearance needing separate planning. The AB-2 and AB-3 derived rectangles are each 8.01 and miss; Monster Utility 2.0 at 8.64 and larger area plans also exceed the limit. Find match-eligible models with a base-area limit of 8 sq ft and compare the Ironmaster SKU 1003, PRO V2, Bolt Together Utility Bench, Flat Utility Bench 2.0, Fold Up Utility, FB-3000, FB-5000 Narrow and AB-3100.

Updated 8-sq-ft case: fifteen configurations meet this base-area maximum; the four Hero offers qualify at their calculated 6.67-sq-ft base, without adding workout clearance. Repeat the same 8-sq-ft finder condition and compare the exact HERO-BEN, LELC, LGRL and combined offers.

Decision: At a 9.5-sq-ft maximum, twenty current configurations fit, including FLT2-BEN at 8.51 sq ft, the two Soft Glute Bench options and both Ironmaster benches; FID2-BEN at 11.23 sq ft and the Rogue 3.0 base remain above the limit.

The two Soft Glute package reviews describe the same 4.62-sq-ft base but different supplied band/strap contents; neither provides a bench capacity rating. Read GLUTE-BEN bench only and GLUTE-BEN-W-BANDS-SET, or check this exact 9.5-sq-ft condition.

Rogue lists a 24.75-by-56.5-inch base for the current Adjustable Bench 3.0; the rectangle calculates to 9.71 sq ft, so it enters at a 10-sq-ft cap rather than 9.5. Its page lists a 125-lb product weight but no user-load capacity. See the 3.0 assessment for the SKU and manual-label caveat.

The Bolt Together's compact base is a calculated rectangle from Rogue's 47.5-by-13-inch listing, not room clearance. Ironmaster's SKU 1003 is 5.34 sq ft and its PRO V2 bounding envelope is 6.85 sq ft; neither number includes room clearance. See the Super Bench SKU 1003, PRO V2 and Bolt Together Utility Bench reviews for the exact offer and source limitations.

The Nighthawk adds upright storage and wheels but still lists only flat/incline positions; its 9.2-sq-ft figure is not a clearance allowance. The Fold Up adds a wall-storage route, but its base rectangle omits the hanger location and folding path. The AB-2 and AB-3 use Rogue's listed 51.25 by 22.5 in base, a calculated rectangle that omits training and catch clearance; the AB-3's listed overall length is 68 in. The Monster Utility's 8.64-sq-ft figure is also a calculated base rectangle, while Rogue lists 47.375 by 26.25 inches. The 4.0 and Manta Ray base rectangles calculate to 9.67 and 9.80 sq ft respectively; their catch packages have no documented accessory envelope. The unavailable Phantom AB-3102 is not included because no maker-stated area is provided. Find match-eligible models at or below 9.5 sq ft and compare the Flat Utility Bench 2.0, Fold Up Utility, AB-2, AB-3, Monster Utility 2.0, FB-3000, AB-3100 and Nighthawk; see the 4.0, Manta Ray and Phantom reference assessments for their separate dimensional limits.

Updated 9.5-sq-ft case: twenty current configurations fit this base-area maximum, including all four Hero packages at 6.67 sq ft; FID2-BEN's 11.23-sq-ft base and the 9.71-sq-ft Rogue 3.0 base stay above the ceiling. Repeat the exact 9.5-sq-ft condition and compare the four Hero package reviews.

Decision: At a 10-sq-ft maximum, twenty-four current configurations fit, including FLT2-BEN at 8.51 sq ft, the Soft Glute options and Rogue 3.0's 9.71-sq-ft calculated base; FID2-BEN at 11.23 sq ft remains above the limit.

The Soft Glute pair remains a compact specialty option at its 4.62-sq-ft base rectangle; the added Band + Strap Pack changes package contents, not the fixed bench surface. Compare both bench-only and band-and-strap bundle assessments; open the exact 10-sq-ft query.

The 3.0's base rectangle is just above 9.5 but below 10; it is derived from Rogue's linear foot measurements, not a published room-area value. Check its SKU, version and assembly document against the individual review.

The Bolt Together entry is a single fixed-flat RF0266-180 offer with a calculated base, not a whole-room fit guarantee. Ironmaster SKU 1003 and PRO V2 fit by their documented or conservative rectangles, but neither fit number establishes workout clearance. Read the SKU 1003, PRO V2 and Bolt Together Utility Bench reviews before using an area value in a room plan.

The Rogue base matches use calculated rectangles of 4.57 sq ft for both Flat Utility 2.0 and Fold Up Utility, 8.01 each for AB-2 and AB-3, 8.64 for Monster Utility 2.0, 9.67 for the Adjustable Bench 4.0 and 9.80 for the Manta Ray. The AB-3's overall listed length is 68 in, so its base rectangle is not a full equipment envelope. These come from maker-listed linear dimensions, not square-foot claims. Both Foot Catch configurations remain outside this numeric result because their added space is undocumented. The AB-5200 at 10.33 sq ft, BlackWing at 10.7 and Monster Lite Competition station at 18.39 also exceed the threshold. Ten square feet still does not include working clearance. Find models at or below a 10-sq-ft base-area maximum; compare the Flat Utility Bench 2.0, Fold Up Utility, AB-2, AB-3, Monster Utility 2.0, FB-3000, no-catch 4.0 and Manta Ray, and the AB-3000 2.0.

Updated 10-sq-ft case: twenty-four current configurations fit this limit, including all four Hero packages at 6.67 sq ft and FLT2-BEN at 8.51 sq ft; FID2-BEN remains too large at 11.23 sq ft. Repeat the same 10-sq-ft finder condition.

Decision: At a 12.5-sq-ft limit, twenty-nine current configurations fit, including FLT2-BEN, FID2-BEN, the Soft Glute options and the no-deck Westside 2.0 base; Monster Westside at 12.51 remains outside.

The Soft Glute bench-only and bundled options retain the source-listed 4.62-sq-ft base, but the base number does not include movement or exercise clearance. Review the exact GLUTE-BEN and GLUTE-BEN-W-BANDS-SET offers and find models at this same 12.5-sq-ft maximum.

The Rogue 3.0 base fit does not mean a room has enough working or upright-storage clearance; use the exact 24.75-by-56.5-inch dimensions and the model assessment to keep the area claim in context.

The 5.34-sq-ft standard Super Bench base and 6.85-sq-ft PRO V2 bounding envelope are below this limit. Their measurements differ: the standard product page publishes a base footprint, while the PRO V2 value conservatively multiplies its overall length by the widest foot. Neither includes training clearance. Review the Super Bench SKU 1003, PRO V2 and Bolt Together Utility Bench alongside the fixed press stations.

The Westside 2.0 page gives 52.5 by 34 inches for the station, which calculates to 12.40 square feet. That numeric match applies only to no-deck plans; the optional spotter decks have no reported floor extension. Monster Westside's 53-by-34-inch dimensions calculate to 12.51, just above this limit. Both station footprints omit bar access, spotting, lifter movement and clearance. Find models with a maximum base-area limit of 12.5 sq ft; compare the Westside Bench 2.0 and Monster Westside Bench assessments.

Updated 12.5-sq-ft case: twenty-nine current configurations meet this base limit, including the four Hero packages; Monster Westside's 12.51-sq-ft base still falls just beyond it. Repeat the exact 12.5-sq-ft condition.

Decision: At a 13-sq-ft limit, thirty current configurations fit, including both Bells bases and Monster Westside's 12.51-sq-ft calculated base; larger stations remain outside.

Updated current-library result: thirty configurations now fit at 13 sq ft, including all four Hero packages at their dimension-derived 6.67-sq-ft base; Monster Westside's 12.51-sq-ft base also fits this limit. This is the complete single-condition result, not floor clearance. Repeat the 13-sq-ft maximum-area search and compare the four separate HERO-BEN, LELC, LGRL and combined offer reviews.

These two Soft Glute package variants share the listed base dimensions but not the supplied accessory package. Check the bench-only and Band + Strap Pack assessments, then open the exact 13-sq-ft condition.

The 3.0's base remains 9.71 sq ft at this wider ceiling; it still does not represent movement, doorway or folded-storage clearance. Its lack of a published load rating is separate from this area filter. Read the review before treating the position, storage or SKU claims as a room fit.

The Ironmaster standard base at 5.34 sq ft and PRO V2 bounding envelope at 6.85 also fit, but the PRO figure is an intentionally conservative rectangle from its unequal feet. Neither value implies exercise clearance. The Bolt Together remains a separate fixed-flat utility bench with a calculated 4.29-sq-ft base and conservative 1,000-lb floor. See the SKU 1003, PRO V2 and Bolt Together Utility Bench reviews for source caveats.

The Monster Westside's 53-by-34-inch calculation crosses the boundary only because the maximum rises past 12.51. The Westside 2.0 deck-equipped packages remain without a numeric area; neither station's base rectangle includes work or rack clearance. Find models with a maximum base-area limit of 13 sq ft; review the Monster Westside Bench and Westside Bench 2.0.
